This homesite is being planned for the Cliff side with cantilevered decks and large expanses of glass for complete unobstructed views of Lake Travis.
A main home and accessory structure for a guest home are allowed with the City of Austin.

Working with contemporary architect Joe Toph of Urban Order, the 76 house at 12914 Park Drive has been designed to offer maximum views of Lake Travis and the surrounding Hill Country. Large clusters of heritage live oaks and sloping terrain provide beautiful shade and opportunity for an interesting landscape design. A 3 story, contemporary home is permitted with the City of Austin and construction is underway. The finishes and fixtures can all be chosen by you to your taste with preliminary, suggested selections made by our design team. It is a 5000 sf home with elevator to access all floors easily. The four bedroom en suites, a large modern kitchen and pantry with wine bar and fireplace, a three car garage and extensive outdoor environment to landscape and customize to your preference. This homesite is located over 100 feet above the Lake’s normal surface level and offers a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. A Boat House has also been designed and permitted for the Lot 76 as a secondary “Accessory Structure”.
